Durham Trail 10M (Club Champs)

Sunday 31st May 2026 | It was absolutely fantastic to see so many DCH runners out in force this morning at the Durham Trail 10M. This ten-mile trail race, organised by Trail Outlaws, was our 10-mile championship race for 2026 and the sea of orange on the start line was a sight to behold.

 

Congratulations to each and every one of you who took part. It is a very challenging course and I imagine things weren’t made any easier by the warm and muggy conditions. Nevertheless, looking at the results, it seems as though you did yourselves proud. Just completing a race like that is an achievement in itself!

 

Well done to Steve Hamil who took the male championship this year with an amazing 2nd place overall in the race, and to Kim Graver who took the female championship with a brilliant 5th finish overall in the ladies category.
