Durham City Harriers offers a warm welcome to ALL prospective members from the age of 8 years upwards. If you’d like to come along but are unsure about what to expect, we offer up to 3 FREE TASTER SESSIONS before asking you to make a commitment.
The first step is to email our Membership Secretary at dchmembership@gmail.com who will get back to you with the information you need to proceed. Please state specifically whether you’re enquiring about senior or junior membership.
Senior Membership
Senior members are 18 years and over.
Junior Membership
Junior members are from 8 to 17 years (Junior members must complete TWO consent forms).
Membership Fees
Fees are payable from 1st April until 31st March of the following year.
- Senior First Claim (18+) £73
- Senior Second Claim (18+) £43
- Senior Concession First Claim (student; over-65) £43
- Senior Concession Second Claim (student; over-65) £30
- Junior £105
Senior first-claim memberships and all junior memberships include affiliation to England Athletics.
Refunds
The membership fee is non-refundable, neither in full nor in part should you resign from the club part way through the athletic year.
