Young athletes from five County Durham clubs came together on the evening of Friday 6th July to compete in a quadkids multi event athletics competition. The four events were a sprint, a long jump, a howler throw and a run. Run distances depended on the age category, but sprints were from 50m to 100m and runs were from 400m to 800m. Attached are the final results, with the top three boys and girls in each age category highlighted. Crook Juniors won the overall competition in a tightly fought battle with Durham City. Thanks go to coaches, volunteers and parents or carers from all the clubs for officiating at events and recording results on the night.
