England Athletics

Durham City Harriers is affiliated to England Athletics which is a national organisation responsible for administering athletics within the country. A small part of every member’s club subscription goes to England Athletics to help with the administration and running of the sport. On joining the club every competitive athlete will receive a competition license from England Athletics and a unique membership number. This number needs to be retained by members as it will be needed for entry into events. It is usual for registered athletes entering affiliated events to pay a reduced rate. Once members have been registered with England Athletics they will be sent a username and password that enables them to access and amend their details on the England Athletics website.
