As an alternative to Road & Cross Country Running during the Winter Season many of the Club's Sprint and Middle Distance Groups turn their attention to Indoor Track & Field Competition to keep their speed work in tune for the Summer Season ahead and hopefully then improve on those times when their race program gets underway. So, over the month of December a group of athletes travelled to the Indoor Arenas around the country and performed really well, the results of which were as follows:
