In the Northern (u/13, u/15, and u/17) Track & Field Championships at Middlesbrough
the Harriers had two athletes winning Bronze Medals and recording personal bests against some strong opposition, Cameron Allan was 3rd in the 1500m Steeplechase and Chris Milburn 3rd in the Triple Jump. DCH hosted the Summer XC Relays around (2x1500m) laps of the University Racecourse Playing Fields on a perfect summers evening in superb running conditions and picturesque surroundings. In the Senior Relay the Durham City A Team finished one place higher than last year finishing an excellent 2nd, with the City B Team 5th, only one minute behind, out of 68 completed teams that finished.
