Samantha Coleby set a new club record for 800m when competing in her heat of that event at the United Kingdom Championships/Olympic Trials on 25th June.
Her time of 2:08.46 is the fifth time she has improved the club record since taking up the event and the fourth time in 2016.
Despite this progress however , Samantha is still working hard to try to improve her time to the point of national respectability.
