In the North East Harrier League XC at Druridge Bay, Northumberland, two Cooks (not related) led the way in their respective races, firstly Peter Cook a talented young runner got our u/15 Boys Team off to a great start by winning the handicap race in fine style and helping his Team to finish 2nd, an excellent result. Later in the afternoon Alex Cook was 1st counter for the Club finishing 4th in the Senior Men’s Handicap Race (over 500 runners) and helping his Team to finish 3rd.
