In the first of the British Milers Club Regional Races of the season at the Chester-le-Street Riverside Track, Scott Armstrong (u/20) was the fastest City Harrier of the evening competing in the 800m A Race, recording a time of 1.57.81, whilst the other 6 Club members finishing times were as follows: Luke Pickering (u/20) 1.59.67 pb in the C Race, Adam Ord (u/17) 2.00.96 B Race, Samantha Coleby (Sen W) 2.11.29 E Race, Isaac Taylor (u/17) 2.15.68 pb and Matt Guilder (Sen M) 2.16.52 in the G Race, with Caitlin Carr (u/15) 2.35.93 pb in the I Race.

In the Sunderland City Half-Marathon Anthony Hunt (v/45) was first counter for the Harriers in 21st place recording 1.22.25, with Karl Monaghan (Sen) 39th in 1.25.41, John Nash (v/45) 47th in 1.26.31, Shaun Day (v/50) 326th in 1.43.29 pb, and Katie Palethorpe 478th in 1.49.32 pb.

Meanwhile in the Sunderland City 10k, Jack Prowse (u/17) was first counter for the Club recording 43.03, followed by Stuart Reay (v/60) 52.49, John Spoors (v/35) 54.21, Laura Hopper (u/17) 57.17, Paul Lumsdon (v/45) 57.02, Graeme Draper (v/40) 58.20, Jill Humble (v/35) 59.02), and Julie Barker (v/40) 63.50.
