Road racing calendar 2017

An updated road racing calendar now appears on the road page with most of the regional and national championship events for both seniors and masters. There are some dates that are not confirmed yet. Also the dates for the club championship events are posted these are Thirsk 10 mile, Sunderland 5k, Darlington 10k and Redcar Half Marathon.

Note the Thirsk 10 mile has been added in as no-one contested the club championship over the Jelly tea 10 mile at Hexham. The event seems to have fallen out of popularity with club members. Hopefully we will have some entries for the Thirsk 10 on the 19th March. The Northern 12 & 6 Stage is coming up in March. Any interested runners should let me know. The minimum senior age is 17 on 31st August 2016.
