The Club’s Annual General Meeting will take place on Thursday 24th March, 7.30-8.30pm, at Maiden Castle Sports Centre.
The meeting is open to all members of the club, and parents/guardians of all junior athletes.
It’s a great opportunity to come and hear what the club is up to, our future plans, and to have your say on issues, big or small, that matter to you.
There are also a number of places on the Committee available for the coming year. The basic commitment is just 2hrs per month for a Committee meeting. It’s a great way to get involved and be part of the running of the Club. For more information on getting involved contact the Acting-Chair, Andy Billett.
The event will take place in the Sports Centre ‘meeting room’ – just ask at reception for directions.
