School Holiday Training

To take advantage of training in daylight, and to prepare for the Meadowfield Schools Cross Country race on January 16th the junior’s grass sessions in the school holidays are as follows: On Tuesdays 22nd & 29th there are hill sessions at Meadowfield Sports Centre (take spikes). Meet in the centre car park at 9.30 to start the session at 9.45. On Thursdays Dec. 24th & 31st there will be grass sessions at Maiden Castle over the bridge (where we hold the summer sessions). Meeting at 9.30 to start the sessions at 9.45. Seniors are also welcome. Please note: Maiden Castle is closed at 1pm on Dec. 24th and 31st so there will not be evening sessions.
