Sunderland Harriers promote their 32nd Farringdon Cross Country races that caters for all club members throughout the age groups. The course is one of the most popular in the North East and is an ideal introduction for the forthcoming cross country season for endurance athletes. The meeting starts at 12 noon and is all over by about 2.15. Prizes and medals are presented immediately after races finish. It is a very condensed and busy programme that promises a feast of cross country racing for athletes and spectators alike
